It’s basically a complete rip off of the avatar mod 2 made by Richard Kinser. I did not really add anything new just fiddled with the old mod so it worked for 3.4.

This version has a new readme for 3.4.0.3 and also has mass adding tool, allowing you to add lots of avatars with one click.

Added the option for the admin to upload avatars via the admin panel (you may have to ask your host to set the correct permissions on your avatar folder)

This is a rewrite of the "topic.asp" page to fix the missing reply avatars & blank icons.

First of all you need the Avatar MOD (you can find it here) up and running, because I use the new Columns in the forum MEMBER table, secondly you need to have the forum hosted with 2 objects, ASPUpload and ASPjpeg (these are responsible to Upload the file into the server, and to crop the image)

ZUELS AVATAR MOD 3.4

Allows members to upload avatars without having an Admin approve as long as it is the correct file size and file type. Admins have the ability to stop uploads within the config settings. They can also delete any avatar on the spot that doesn't meet any of the requirements.

With new features, Admins can now specify file extensions and manage each category allowing or disabling uploading. Also users can now upload a personal avatar that others users cannot see or use.
