This mod uses another mod (IPtoCountry) along with it for several functions, you must install it also for this to work.
Administrators can ban IP addresses, IP ranges, and/or entire countries. If an IP address or range is submitted which has already been banned (within another range or by country), it will report such and not add it. Further, if the IP address/range submitted would result in banning your own connection, it will not add it.
v2.0 fixes two comparison routines and adds a check to the admin page to also preclude banning yourself when adding a country.
