Here is the full code with the DBS and the instructions on how to install the Welcome Letter with all files.

This MOD allows you to type a custom letter out in admin options that will appear to new members after they register. They will accept the policy and type in their username, password, e-mail address, etc (as always) then after submission they will click on a link named Continue. This will take them to the custom letter you made in the admin options.
