This allows all members to express "Thanks" for a topic/reply, only once each. Members cannot "Thank" their own post. It displays the count beside the icon. I chose NOT to have it display names of thanking users. The link is disabled if a member has already "Thanked" a topic/reply.

v2.0 - Redid entire routine because of SQL Server problem. Highly recommend you replace it.
