I wrote this quite some time ago, but never packaged it for here. This mod adds a forum feature, configurable via the admin panel. When enabled, an administrator can set a numeric value in minutes (if 0, duration is forever) during which no consecutive replies can be made to a topic by the same member.

Moderators and administrators are exempt from the limitation.
