This is a full version of 2.7 which includes Administration functions for the Categories and the ability to edit/delete and add as well as for administrators to edit/delete other user listings.

Also included is the ability to see who has bided on the item and when they bid.

The difference with this version is if a bid has been made, then it can not be updated.

Fixed a small bug when users try to put the " in the title and description and in my auction that I had during testing.
