I didn't write this but felt it was important enough to put here. This mod will allow you to choose your own forum picture instead of using the default folders. Rated as a 2 for ease of installment the hardest thing you'll have to do is find and edit the Gif's you want to use.

NOTE: There are 2 files to edit (inc_header.asp and default.asp). My forum did not need the one for inc_header.asp
