This is actually an Aznknight creation but the topic in the snitz support forums was archived and the download link did not work. So I am releasing it again and I fixed a couple of things in the readme.
Enjoy!!!

Relly like this MOD
written by mdelcour on 03 Nov 2007

I really like this mod, it works well. Would like to see someone integrate it with Proeders File Attachments MOD so, that users can upload their own pictures. Otherwise it is a GREAT MOD!!!

Works quite well

Works quite well although you will have to edit some of the code. Admin Functions could be improved with the ability for admin to approve ads before they are public and to be able to move ads to different categories. If anyone has the code for approving ads and wants to share please let me know. Izzy:)

Great MOD this Classifieds

I have made a small enhancement to this MOD, where it requires Admin approval before being seen by the public. I am also working on being able to upload an image with it.

I agree with taropatch on the deletion of the ad - did it once myself. The code itself needs a lot of work - this is another one of those mods where the author (or re-author) is a little confused on how to use ASP code within html. You'll spent hours cleaning this one up if you care about code purity - pure code runs FASTER as you don't waste cycles in IIS trying to put the page back together and get it out to the user.

Installation does not get any easier. No files to modify; just upload new files and update the new db fields. You will need to edit the howtosubpicc.htm. The "contact email" when you post a new ad does not make a lot of sense since it is really "alternate email" once the ad is posted. I changed this to be "alternate email" in the classEditAd.asp and classPlaceAd.asp and no longer made it a required field. I, or someone, needs to create a confirm delete though, otherwise you might accidently wipe out a category. Good mod though!

Thanks

Haven't played with it yet, but seems to work well and was simple to install!
