With the updated instructions this mod went in very smoothly on a current 3.4.06. Well done!

MOD works very well, on both FireFox and IE, thanks to all that had input!
Next to that it includes an alternative resize method, based on the browser window size, minus a fixed margin, instead of the client resolution.
So, not the client resolution is key, but the actual size of the browserwindow.
