After following the instructions in the initial readme file (included here for your convenience), you've set up the file to notify you of people only if email validation is turned on, but restrict registration is turned off. If you want notification when restrict registration is turned on as well, this add-on tells you how. (The 0.2 beta version tries this using a different method but at least one reviewed had trouble, so I'll post this alternative as an add-on for v0.1. Either should work.)
