Works great! Really appreciated the graphics included for a visual. ALL mods should have the graphics!

This has ONLY been tested on SQL and Snitz forum version 3.4.03
- members can only vote for a topic once
- members can't vote for their own topics
- topic rating can be turned on or off at the forum level.
- members can decide if they want a topic to be rated or not
- rating can be shown by stars or percent.
