The readme.txt states it has been tested with 3.4.04 and that it should work with any 3.4.x forums. I think it has been listed as an 3.3.04 forum compatible mod by mistake. 1.80 has worked perfectly on my 3.4.0.6 forum (beside some bugs with Firefox).

I like the easy installation, but wasn't able to get this mod working. All the links for some reason had '%5C' instead of '/' in their paths, so all the images came back as broken links.

if its a huge rewrite, does it work with 3.4.x?
This is a Photo Album to include directly into your Snitz forum. Very easy to install and maintain. Please view the Readme.txt in the zip file. This is almost a complete re-write to include some nice formatting and ASPJpeg support
