This doesn't quite work. I had to make a copy of admin_cms_contents.asp and renamed it moderator_CMS_contents.asp and replace any reference to admin to moderator, except the first instance. Also, make the necessary other changes.

This messes up the code so that the admin can no longer edit the contents.
