Forces sign-in to forum, uses forum user names (for all) and passwords (for admin/moderators). The flashchat should be installed in a virtual directory with write permissions for IUSR and IIS_IUSRS accounts.

v2.1 includes "who's in chat" function, adds a "kick all" link for admins (in case they cannot return to chat), and incorporates other changes suggested to date.

I had a little difficulty integrating it with my site, because everything I do has to be just a little weirder than most. But it was well worth the integration effort. It is really awesome.
